Happy Saturday everyone! Today starts a new challenge at Catch the Bug and this week we challenge you to create a card or project with Polka Dots & Stripes! For my creation today I chose this fabulous Dottie Cowgirl image! She's colored with Copics, the sentiment is from The Cat's Pajamas and I used the bandana technique on the strip of blue cs.
