It's time for a new Holly and Ivy Christmas Challenge AND as always it's Anything Goes as long as you create a Christmas card or project!

My card features a sweet snowman image from QKR Stampede... it's colored with Copics and I added a little twine bow to the tree. The papers are from BoBunny and Wild Rose Studio and to finish it up I added some small cream pearls.

Here Comes Santa Claus...

 I have a couple of cards to share with you today and they feature papers and ephemera from Pebbles- the Merry Merry collection. I wanted to donate several cards this year and this collection was perfect... the papers are gorgeous and the images are so cute! These are two of my favorite and no coloring or stamping was required! :) I used Avery Elle dies for the large stitched rectangles and MFT dies for the scallop borders and fishtail flag. And there you have it... a couple of quick and cute Christmas cards!

My card features a sweet little Polar bear from Bugaboo Stamps and it's colored with Copics. The sentiment & scallop frame die are from Taylored Expressions and I used MFT Make Your Mark background stamp & VersaMark ink for the rounded edge rectangle. The snowflakes were cut with a Echo Park die and I used a Every Elle die for the stitched rectangle.

For my card I used the super cute Retro Reindeer die from Simon Says Stamp, a die cut sentiment from Tim Holtz and papers from The Christmas Delivery Collection by Carta Bella. And there you have it... a very quick and easy Christmas card and no stamping or coloring was involved!

Skating Polar Bear...

Good morning everyone!

It's time for a new Holly and Ivy Christmas Challenge AND as always it's Anything Goes as long as you create a Christmas card or project!

My card features a cute polar bear from My Favorite Things and it's colored with Copics. I stamped the snowflakes in Tsukineko metallic silver ink and the teal panel was stamped using the 'Christmas Story' stamp from Penny Black and VersaMark ink. I used a MFT die for the tree, a Avery Elle die for the circle and a Elizabeth Craft Designs die for the dotted scallop rectangle... to finish it up I added a few sparkly sequins :)

My card features a couple of gorgeous vintage papers from Kaisercraft- the Frosted collection. I distressed the edges with Faded Jeans DI ink and then stamped music notes on the poinsettia and the corners of the background paper. To finish it up I added some hand dyed seam binding and a couple of gems.

I decided to make a monochromatic card featuring an adorable image from LOTV! It's colored with Copics, the sentiment and papers are from Kaisercraft- the 'Home For Christmas' collection. I used MFT dies for the heart, stitched border & stitched circle and a Marianne Designs die for the Christmas tree.
With the different shades of brown and no bling, I think this Christmas card will be perfect for one of the guys in my family! :)

I decided to make a shaker card using an awesome rectangle shaker pouch from MFT! The pouch fits perfectly inside their rectangle peek-a-boo window die and makes shaker cards so easy to create! The little snowman and 'Be Jolly' sentiment is from Paper Smooches and the die cut sentiment is from Tim Holtz. The background was embossed with a CB snowflake folder and I used MFT dies for the corner and fishtail flags.

My card features a couple of cute Polar bears from MFT and the sentiment is from Paper Smooches. For the background I tinted some embossing paste with a touch of Peacock Feathers DI, then spread it through the Falling Snow Stencil from Simon Says Stamp. I used an Avery Elle die for the wonky stitches and MFT dies for the stitched circle & fishtail flags.

I used a paper distresser and Walnut Satin ink on the edges, the poinsettia was cut with a Spellbinders die and I used a Sizzix die for the dotted rectangle.
