It's time for a new challenge at Try it on Tuesday and the theme is...
Make it Magical!
I made a Magical Christmas art journal page for my DT project :)
To start- I randomly stamped Penny Black's 'Christmas Story' on a piece of light kraft CS and heat embossed it with gold powder. I also embossed the 'holiday Magic starts from within' sentiment. Then I glued down my torn DP and Vintage Kaisercraft image. I cut the Tim Holtz Elf and Newton's Nook's trees out of green CS and coated them with Glitter Dust Spray. To finish it up I added some gold star sequins.
Here's a close up so you can see the sparkle and gold embossing a little better :)

This is precious, Tammy. I love the elf kicking his leg up and holding the gift. I also love the way you used the gold embossing and stamping. I love the magic you created. Christmas is always about magic, especially if you are a child.

Oh my gosh this art journal page is fantastic. I love the torn edges, love that beautiful vintage image and that die cut elf is just too cute. I bet all that sparkle is amazing IRL. Super layout you used too.
