Good morning everyone!
It's time for a new challenge at Try it on Tuesday and the theme is Halloween!
I love making Halloween cards so I have a couple of cards to share and they feature my new Bat Crazy dies from Tim Holtz :)
The backgrounds were created with Carved Pumpkin & Wilted Violet Distress Oxide inks and I used a circle to mask off the moon. On the first card I added a crackle effect to the moon and on the second card I let the DOI ink drip into the moon to give it a spooky feel. Both cards were splattered with black & white Posca pens and I used a MFT die for the skyline. The die cut cat and Halloween label tape are from Tim Holtz.
Now head on over to the main challenge blog and check out the awesome creations by the other team members!
Thanks so much for stopping by... I'll see you soon :)

Great cards Tammy, the backgrounds look fabulous with the black die cut bats. We actually saw one in the Cathedral - apparently the 'moon' is attracting them!

These cards aren't twins, but they are certainly family. I have come to enjoy making two cards at a time myself, it's practical. And it's inspiring to see different versions using a lot of the same stuff. I think these turned out fantastic!

What amazing and spooky skies you have created here above your wonderful city skylines, Tammy!! Sensational Halloween cards!!
I LOVE this pair of cards! Halloween silhouette cards are my favorite and I've got to get those great bat dies! I love how the wings are flapping down on the one bat image - normally they are wide open and so it's cool to see another angle! Great job on the moons - love that crackle!
