Good morning everyone... happy Friday!
Today I have a couple of really bright mixed media cards to share with you :) 
They feature my new stamp set from Hero Arts- New Day Butterflies. They are stamped in black archival ink, colored with distress inks and cut out with the coordinating dies. The die cut sentiments are from Simon Says Stamp, and I used Whimsy Stamp and Pink & Main dies for the stitched rectangles.
For the background I used these supplies:
Carved Pumpkin, Fossilized Amber, Squeezed Lemonade
and Barn Door Distress Oxide inks
modeling paste & Viva Decor glitter paste
My Favorite Things Confetti stencil and Tim Holtz Burlap stencil
Kaisercraft's Waffle embossing folder

How fabulously fun, charming, and bursting with cheer. I adore the use of black for the bases and sentiments. It definitely helps to make the lush citrusy hues pop all the more.
