Good morning everyone!
Today starts a new challenge at Back to Basics and Beyond and the theme is...
For my card I decided to use a couple of Vera Lane Studio stamps again :) I love her fun and quirky stamps! The images are colored with Copics and the label sentiment is from Altenew. I created a watercolor wash background with Mowed Lawn and Mermaid Lagoon Oxide inks. Once dry- I randomly stamped a Darkroom Door mesh stamp in Mermaid Lagoon ink and then stamped Carabelle Studio hearts in black ink for my Off-the-edge technique. I used a Pink & Main die for the stitched rounded rectangle, a Lawn Fawn die for the grass and the sequins are from my stash.
That's it for now... thanks so much for stopping by and don't forget to pop on over to the main challenge blog to check out the rest of the teams gorgeous creations!

ReplyDeleteThis is adorable. I've been looking at that image but you've made it your own with the wonderful background and the green hair...green is not a colour I've ever used for hair, though I have used pinks, purples and blues. Wonderful.
