A Festive Resist...

Good morning everyone!

Today starts a new challenge at Back to Basics and Beyond and this time we would like you to create a card/project using a Resist Technique! What a fun challenge and there are so many possibilities!
For my card- I applied Tim Holtz 'Crazing' Collage Medium through the Tim Holtz Festive stencil using a palette knife. Once dry I sponged Mermaid Lagoon Oxide ink over the entire panel and then flicked some water on it. Then I remove some of the ink from the embossed areas with a baby wipe so you see the crackle effect better! I cut the sentiment and dotted rectangle out of white glitter cardstock and to finish it up I added sequins.

Thanks so much for stopping by and don't forget to pop on over to the main challenge blog to check out the rest of the teams beautiful creations!

A Inky Mess- Anything mixed media goes
Cards in Envy- The Spirit of Christmas
