Bugaboo Birthday Bash!

Good morning everyone!

Bugaboo Stamps is celebrating their 7th Annual Birthday Bash and I wanted to play along so I created a couple of cards...

My first card features the adorable Beach Monkey image, it's colored with Copics and the sentiment is from Paper Smooches. I used a Avery Elle die for the stitched rectangle and MFT dies for the stitched circle & fishtail flag. The papers are from Lawn Fawn & Simple Stories and to finish it up I added a couple of teal enamel dots.
I would like to enter this card into the Following Challenges:
Catch the Bug- Day 2- Birthday Bash: Sketch

Ooh La La Creations- For a Man or Boy
Pammie's Inky Pinkies- Anything Goes
The Crafty AddictsAnything goes/Monochromatic
Tuesday Throwdown- Your Favorite Medium (Copic Markers)

*************************************************

My second card features a fun Seahorse... I printed it three times, colored them with Copics and the sentiment is from Paper Smooches. I created a watercolor wash background with Twisted Citron & Peacock Feathers Distress Inks, once dry I sponged more Peacock Feathers ink through the Heidi Swap Confetti stencil. The panel was cut out with a Avery Elle Wonky stitch die and to finish it up I added Nuvo Crystal Drops.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Catch the Bug- Day 4  Birthday Bash: Bingo
(I used: Birthday Theme, Bugaboo image & No Designer paper)

Challenge Up Your Life- Selfmade Background
Happy Little Stampers- Watercolor + Optional twist- Stencil
The Mixed Media Card- Mixed Media Cards (C7) Change + optional element: water

  8. Gosh, I don't know which I like better either. I do know I love the clean, crisp colors you used. The monotone monkey is adorable but you truly had my heart with the created background on those sea horses. Making your own background paper is so much fun! Happy you entered the PIP challenge this week. Look forward to more.
