Thanksgiving Dinner

Good morning everyone! 

Today starts a new challenge at House of Cards and this month we have a fabulous photo inspiration for you to work with...

You can use the colors, add texture or both!

For my DT card I chose the adorable SB Thanksgiving image from Bugaboo Stamps! She's colored with Copics and the sentiments are $1 stamps from Michaels...  
For the background I stamped a piece of BoBunny DP with VersaMark ink and a maple leaf stamp, then embossed them with WOW Ultra Shimmer embossing powder... you can't see it very well in the photo- but the maple leaves are so sparkly IRL! I used Shabby Shutters ink for the distressing, a MFT die for the Fishtail Flags and a EK Success punch for the corners... the button and twine are from my stash.

    So happy to see you at MMM too!!! Oh how I just love this card!! The color combination is perfect for the HOC DT card! The grungy edges on your paper border adds so much to the card. The corner tabs are a nice subtle touch and I can just smell that pie coming out of the oven.. YUM! Thank you so much for joining MMM this week.. We will see you at HOC!!
