Breakfast in Bed for Mom

Good morning everyone! 

I'm popping in today to share a vintage style card that I made with a sweet image from my PrintMaster Platinum DVD...  
It was originally a B&W image that I changed to a sepia tone and then I added a touch of color with a yellow Spectrum Noir marker. I used Spellbinder dies and a couple of small punches to create the flowers and the papers are from MME. The edges have been distressed with Walnut Stain ink and I added a bit of shimmer to the colored portions with the Wink of Stella pen. To finish it up I added a punched heart and some tiny yellow pearls to the center of the flowers.

I think this image is sooo cute- I love that little guy serving his mother breakfast in bed AND look in the left hand corner... he walked by a spider! Yikes! lol!

    Hello Tammy. What a gorgeous card and that image is simply adorable.
    I love the colours, the papers and design, its a fabulous combination.

    Changing the color to sepia was a great idea, it gives your image an extra flair of vintage. Love the way you colored it too, just adding some few touches of yellow. It's a lovely card.
