OWH World Card Making Day Blog Hop!

Hello everyone!  Welcome to my stop on the Operation Write Home World Cardmaking Day Blog Hop!  I'm excited to participate this weekend because I love to support this wonderful organization!  OWH sends blank cards to US servicemen and women to write in and send back home to their loved ones. All the information & guidelines for making cards for OWH can be found on their main blog!
The theme for today's hop is Christmas/Holiday cards based on a sketch.  I have two cards to show you! On my first card I used OWH Sketch #132 and Bugaboo Stamps
Snowman Broom image.

On my second card I used OWH Sketch #98 and another image from Bugaboo Stamps called  Eggbert Winter.
Both of these adorable images were colored with Copics.  The sentiments are from Hero Arts and the papers are from Echo Park the Season's Greetings collection.  On each card I covered a clear button with the matching designer paper to create a custom button... in an older post I have a quick and easy tutorial for you to follow, if you're interested! :)  You can find it here!

Well, that's it... I'm trying to keep it short because I know you have a lot of blogs to visit. Click on the banner above to continue to hop!
Thanks so much for stopping by today and enjoy the rest of your hop!

  37. I love Bugaboo images. Really love the shade of blue on the first card - it's almost a turquoise which is beautiful and non-traditional. I love to use non-traditional holiday colors (my blog hop card used non-traditional colors)!
