Welcome Baby!


Happy Wednesday! The card I would like to share with you today is for a few challenges:
Cupcake Craft-Baby card
My Time to Craft-Blue & Brown
This cute little image is from Pink Cat Studio! The stamp set is called Tweet. I love it because there is so many fun images and sentiments. Koh-i-noor pencils and baby oil were used to color the image. The baby oil works the same as Gamsol or OMS. I used paper stumps for blending. Added a "cutie" charm and there you have it!!
